Am I eligible for free delivery?

Yes, we deliver all our products free of charge.

Do you deliver overseas?

No, unfortunately we currently only deliver within England, Scotland and Wales.

How quickly will my order arrive?

Showers and large spare parts - These items will be delivered by courier and will arrive the next working day if ordered before 2pm Monday - Friday. A signature will be required.

Scottish Highlands: Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands will take 2 working days to arrive.  

Small spare parts - These items will be delivered via Royal Mail 1st class post. They will be despatched on the same working day if ordered before 2pm Monday to Friday and should arrive within 1-3 working days.

Please allow extra time during bank holidays.

 

Can you send my order to a different address to my billing address?

Yes. We understand that it isn't always covenient to wait at home for a delivery, so we give you the option to provide a separate delivery address at the time of purchase.

What should I do if something is missing or the product I've ordered is damaged?

Please contact our customer services team by email or by calling 01959 560760 as soon as you become aware of the problem.

I've changed my mind, can I return my shower?

Yes, you can return items within eight working days from receipt of goods providing:

- it is unused

- it is in its original packaging

- you haven't installed, or attempted to install the item.

How do I return an item?

Please post the item to the following address ensuring you supply your name, address and contact number so we can organise a refund.

What is the warranty period on my shower?

This depends on its purchase date and is stated on the original paperwork supplied with the shower. Should you require to make a warranty claim, your original proof of purchase will be required by our customer services team.

Can I buy spare parts?

Yes. They can be purchased from our online Parts Store or by calling the Gainsborough customer services team on 01959 560760. Please ensure that you know which model you have before calling.  

Are Gainsborough Showers suitable for commercial use?

All of our showers, both electric and mixer, are suitable for domestic use only.
