Yes, we deliver all our products free of charge.
No, unfortunately we currently only deliver within England, Scotland and Wales.
Showers and large spare parts: These items will be delivered by courier and should arrive within 1-3 working days. A signature will be required. Scottish Highlands: Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands will take 2 working days to arrive. Small spare parts: These items will be delivered via Royal Mail 1st class post. We will aim to despatch them on the same working day if ordered before 2pm Monday to Friday and should arrive within 1-3 working days. Please allow extra time during bank holidays.
Yes. We understand that it isn't always covenient to wait at home for a delivery, so we give you the option to provide a separate delivery address at the time of purchase.

Yes, you can return items within eight working days from receipt of goods providing: - it is unused - it is in its original packaging - you haven't installed, or attempted to install the item.

Our warranty periods span from 1 year to 5 years, depending on the shower you have purchased. You will find warranty information on the product pages on our website. If you have any questions or cannot locate your warranty period, please contact the Gainsborough customer services team on 01959 560760. Please ensure that you know which model you have before calling.
All of our showers, both electric and mixer, are suitable for domestic use only.
