Showers and large spare parts:

Shower units will be sent recorded delivery via courier. If no-one is available to sign for the package it will be left in a safe place, such as a porchway, only if requested, and at the discretion of the courier.

It is possible to have your item sent to a different address to your billing address so that a signature can be obtained. Please advise at time of purchase.

Small spare parts:

Most spare parts will be sent Royal Mail first class post and should arrive within 1-3 days. 

Bank holidays: 

Please note that our offices are closed on bank holidays. Items ordered after 12 noon Friday before a bank holiday weekend will not be dispatched until the following Tuesday.

Scottish Highlands:

Please allow an extra working day for deliveries to the Scottish Highlands.
